American Conference Realignment Members,
I want to stress/highlight a few things:
1) Please ask you attendance Secretaries to print out a summary enrollment report from AERIES or your current attendance system this Friday and email them as attachments or fax them to me at (530)695-5460. The group wanted to see 6th thru 12th grade enrollment numbers. Please send me AERIES(or other system) form and not just a typed estimate.
2) All Realignment Proposals need to be sent to me no later than Wednesday, January 7th. (you can send them in as early as you want and I will get them out to the group)
3) The next realignment meeting is Wednesday, January 21st in the Red Bluff Board Room starting at 10 a.m.
4) It is imperative that all schools attend on Jan. 21st, are prepared to vote, and have the authority to vote.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns. If you want the group to think about an issue prior to drafting proposals, select reply all and let's hear it. The more people know going into the meeting, the more likely we are to come to consensus on Jan. 21st.
