New Cross Country and Track Starters, if schools want to use them. It will not be listed with the other officials contracts, as schools are not required to use them, as in other sports. It would also be very difficult for this new association to cover all home track meets in the Northern Section.
The Officials Association will invoice the school after the meet, so that the starter can do an accurate shell count.
